- CBD is NOT psychoactive meaning it will not get you “high.”
- CBD is a natural pain reliever with many medicinal and health benefits, yet little to no side effects.
CBD (Cannabidiol) comes in many different forms and products. Simply ingesting the oils is believed to be one of the easiest ways to take CBD. This is also one of the most common types of consumption. For the quickest delivery, we recommend holding the oil under your tongue for approximately two minutes before swallowing, twice a day. This is because the bottom of the mouth is a membrane filled with capillaries which allow for the direct entrance of the oil into the bloodstream.
We advise our customers to space 6 hours between each dosage. Try to take each dose at the same two set times every day, if possible, for consistent results. Although the effects of CBD may be felt within minutes, noticeable differences are typically realized after 6 days. We call these 6 days the adjustment period. During this time, the body adjusts to the new regimen and prepares itself for long term benefit.
The amount of CBD each person should take depends on many different varying factors such as an individual’s body weight, body chemistry, and the condition the person is treating.
